( A wake up call to all sons and daughters)
It was the early hours of the day..
Right there I ( me and you) sat looking from a distance....
I could hear her calling from afar but felt reluctant to answer...
I felt am too needed where I was more.....
There was a separation between us, the bridge of river...
I have this thought going through my mind to cross over or to stay back....
She kept calling... OMA MI! OMA MI! TEMERUMI!
then I stood on my feet to see further but realise she wasn't alone....
I could see four grown ups males and females...(The regional zones) Standing at her front, back, left hand side and at the right hand side...
They are looking so full of life but pale....
They are blessed with extraordinary gifts yet wretched..
They are surrounded by Natures wealths but Ego blind them to see it.....
The sun shining so bright on them but they are scared to look at it....
Thr shelter so welcoming yet homeless....
Right where I was still standing....
I realised it makes no sense counting their flaws, and blessings when am not left out of it.....
Then I made up my mind and took the first step.....
It was slippery....
Discouragement I felt but ignore....
I took another step it was the same....
Fear I felt inside.....
Then I looked up to heaven from whence comes my help.....
I felt strength in me and the big bride of river wasn't an obstacle in my sight anymore ....
For I see a great me.....
Crossing the bridge of river......
Yes I made it over the meet her.....
She smiled and hug me with tears of joy....
Welcoming me home.....
I then I turn to my siblings.....
Held them, shaking and calling them from their slumber......
Open your eyes and see I say to them.....
Why busy doing nothing.....
Why use MAMA ( Origin, the system) as your excuse.....
Stop looking at MAMA mistakes.....
Notice your mistakes too..
Stand to your feet. ....
See the greatness all around you.....

See the riches in the river!
See the riches in the land!
It all around you!

lets make NIGERIA great!
Lets make KOGI great!
Lets make the IGALAS great!
